No interest in the case dude?
A new lawsuit filed with HLNT, Robinson and Foster as Defendants and the Complaint claims are not the primary interest? Does that make sense?

Or this? Is this validation of my view of this SHAM? Are they lies or facts?lies. Now the light is on those facts. Just like the FORECLOSURE they are now in court fightin.

Two things for the rational folks to consider here and a couple ta wonder about.
The HLNT CEO that hatched this game is fraud felon Mel Robinson. He's sued fraud felon Humphries before as has Foster. Tryin ta make nonsense claims stick in court is the Robinson way. You can find plenty ta DD on that. The name game I've referred to is always a big part a that exercise. Now we also have the obvious exit strategy all rational folks are watching unfold. Pay very close attention to the company names in the Complaint. If Humphries and Espinoza are smart they will stick with the facts. They'll question any name game tactics as they are used. As I've posted before, eyes are on the group known as "Mel's Arkansas Group." Not just mine. Eyes are on Humphries and Espinoza too. Humphries has several avenues ta take that are winners. Number one is that Robinson seems to have highjacked HLNT. There is no Humphries resignation as required by the Idaho Sec of State. There was no election of the present Directors of HLNT. Robinson appointed them. Plenty more will come on these types of facts.
So how is it that I knew all this was comin down? How did I know what was comin down at NIR long before it happened? Are all these dudes reportin ta me? Did Coats and Robinson provide info to me? How about Ribotsky at NIR? Did I simply make everythin up and lawyers got so enamered with it all that they made claims in court with no underlyin documentation? How did jimboy get his info? Does it even matter now? The info will stand on it's own.

I agree. People need ta pay attention. I've been sayin that for quite some time. They need to examine the facts on HLNT. Any claim can be made. Those claims are in the body of the new Complaint. Better pay attention to those claims. The court will. PWC will. The lawyers will. It's obvious that some have been readin and preparin.
