Indy, thanks for the clarification. Yes, Eastcor has been a very good partner ( as lose as it may be ) Are we sure that the engineering for the BIB was done by them? Maybe yes, maybe no.

Concerning the construction of the BIB, I would think that WSGI would only assemble the pieces. for example, the blimp (bag) could be made by ILC Dover who are experts in such construction. I agree, these BIB's could be mass produced rather quickly but I really don't have any experience in this area.
