Mistressphaedra, who I do not particularly respect, made a prediction that the election of Meyer to the BOD signals a great chance that GTE is so hampered by FAA rules and other U.S. red tape, that they are considering moving the operation to England, where the regulatory climate is more favorable to Strat testing and closer to the possible investors and the EU market. This might make sense provided our military gets first crack at the goodies.
