There are folks like brick more versed on this subject but as it was explained to me deerfield announced they would sell 3 million shares over time.

there are a lot of preferred, but at this juncture, there is no advantage for conversion as the show hasnt even started here for TLON

they have 4 trials going on and PDUFA in just a few days

1.21 is ridiculous IMO
