I am using the number of outstanding shares that is listed on TD Ameritrd (879M), and is only approximate. Based on TD you could buy every outstanding share and virtually own the company for $176,000 at $0.0002 per share. It appears the company is either 1) undervalued in PPS or 2) Not truthful in the press releases, and not making money. If the company really is making money the PPS should be much higher.
