1/10th, if the OS was 700 mill, it is 2 billion. How much longer can they sit on their hands without explaining the plan. bordering on China Syndrome....still believe. Not long ago people thought 7 was a deal. My first thought, a lifetime ago it seems, 80 was a deal.
