Very well could be, I just don't like to "assume" it's the company. I mean really, if you had a company with the "best" intentions, you wouldn't hurt your PPS. However, people without a vested interest in your company, can easily sell and sip latte's all day.

I think it's just bad choices in rough times which get pink stocks under this rock and a hard place. Since VFIN is on buy at .001, I have a feeling that is the best buy spot, imo.
