I don't think it's the company, as much as it's a person/entity with a lot of shares. Whether those shares were acquired at discount through bad funding ideas or promotional activities. I feel most CEOs with few noted exceptions don't dilute like those who really don't care about the company and are trying to cash out. Thus why VFIN is slamming.
