Some of your points are valid but I was in business for 27 years and can understand what's happening business wise. How to invest in pennies is another thing. That I am not up to date in.

Since getting out of business I have been on a board of a non-public company with yearly revenue above 2.5 mil. Not an awful lot but enough. On the board are a few non-business types that drive me crazy. They have a limited finance knowledge and hold the company back by being too conservative for me.

If the scanner is as good as we think, it's hard to believe it won't eventually be in many hospitals when perfected. Personally I think Grable's inexperience with business is holding this company back. I also think when that board member resigned a while back, it was because of the way she runs or doesn't run IMDS that way it should. Resigning the board I'm in has run through my mind many times for the same reason but being a stock holder it's best for me to stay in.

These are all my opinions and I guess you and I differ in much of what I think!
