Do other medical device companies
have messageboards? And are they all polite, respectful and supportive off the company?
Or is IMDS the only company that is unfairly criticized? It is my experience that most pennystock "investors" have little outside business knowledge and experience. They tend to gravitate to a handful of heavily promoted tickers that they know little about and know even less about the industries they operate in.
Witness the excitement that upcoming financing for IMDS will benefit shareholders. Why? Is IMDS going to get a low interest rate loan? Only people and companies with demostrated regular and consistent cash flow get loans.
The only avenue for "financing" is the sale of stock. a/k/a dilution. Financing in penny stocks ALWAYS is paid for by current shareholders.
