Dear Sirs,
Congratulations on your recent reinstatement and pending bankruptcy discharge. I would like a clarification as to what the current Authorized Share count is. The Nevada SOS shows 200 million Shares Authorized. This conflicts with the 100 million mentioned in your Corporate Updates and your website. A clarification would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work and I look forward to hearing about future company endeavors.

Good question, we are 100 mil authorized per Fridays Transfer Agent report, I see the discrepancy with the Nevada Secretary of State filing,at this point I can only speculate so I won't, what we will do is call Nevada Monday and get a clarification and correction, the number is 100 million. I understand there seems to be some battle being waged among different factions, we've never be a party to this type of debate, there is no agenda to issue stock we've had pretty much the same cap table since going public, and all were looking to accomplish is rebuilding the business. I'm being as responsive to the shareholder questions as possible and hope this helps you, I will follow up with you post of speaking with the Nevada State Secretaries office.
