No one said the CEO is not responsible for the PPS. Did he cause the current PPS, no. The volatility of the stock is what caused this current PPS and nothing else. This is the first year that the company has had everything up and running. This is still undervalued and this company will not disappoint. This is the year of ECDC. Good luck.
