He was either getting High with Aaron or taking shots with Randy. Or both. the 3 stooges and a few other accomplices have succeeded in stealing shareholders hard earned money and obviously they're partying till the sun comes up with it.
Aaron is obviously spending his portion of shareholders money on marijuana for personal use (he's a bud-genius alright)
Randy is obviously spending his money on e-harmony women and vacations.
and Fatty matty is too miserable to even spend the money anywhere besides Hotel bars where he drinks himself into a stupor.
