Fair enough. Because even though some well-meaning individuals are sending you SEC complaint forms, "penny stocks" are not regulated by the SEC or FINRA.

Therefore, even with a company that has the potential of AGRT, it still boils down to a high-level lottery ticket. You can't complain about the state of New York mismanaging your investment when you buy a losing lotto ticket - so goes gambling on any OTC stock.
