Jorge, since Barrick are obviously building a mine somewhere other than on your claim sites why don't we build a mine on your site while you attempt to kick Barrick's arsenal on legal issues that will forever take.
We could start small with pick and shovel, keep costs low and escalate to a backhoe as the price of gold climbs on the shoulders of a collapsing world dept problem.
Small scale mining could have its advantages.

Or do we absolutely need to sue Barrick to make this happen????
