Our balance sheet remained strong. After deploying $56.9 million during the second quarter through share repurchases and dividend payments, we ended second quarter 2012 with $524 million in cash and short-term investments. We also invested, excuse me, $23.4 million cash in operations during the quarter and another $12 million in a second quarter patent acquisition.

As of July 23, we have repurchased 850,000 shares of our common stock under our $200 million authorization at an average price of approximately $28 per share.
