I don't have a detailed timeline of the events, but from what I understand they had a deal in principle(Megas/Allen), the name/CUSIP paperwork was done, and the deal subsequently fell through when Allen "non-deleivered". Since Megas said no shares were ever issued, (and none were reported by the TA here recently) that's as far as I took it.
