Yup saw that. PERL registered with Florida on 3/23/11

On 3/23/11 PERL was an active NV business entity. Their annual fee was due to the state of Nevada on 4/30/11.

On 4/30/11 PERL went into DEFAULT with the Nevada SOS because they failed to pay their annual fee.

On 4/30/12 when PERL failed to pay their annual fee for a second straight year they were REVOKED by the NV SOS.

The state of Florida requires that all entities registered as active entities in Florida be in good standing in the state they are incorporated - in this case for PERL that would be Nevada.

I think if somebody contacted the Florida SOS and pointed out to them that PERL has been revoked in Nevada the Florida SOS might require them to bring their NV business status back up to active/good standing in order to stay in good standing in Florida.
