I'm getting different numbers...why?

19M outstanding Preferred Bs (after 800,000 cancellation).

Each Q, 25% can be converted = 4,750,000 pfd shs (19M * 25%)

Each Pfd B can be converted into 2,000 common shares

4,750,000 * 2,000 = 9.5B common shs
