Today’s news makes you wonder if the small PIPE this summer anticipated exactly this outcome. Some posters here thought that, and it appears they were on target

When they announced it I had made the comment that it was a smart business move in terms of buying some "insurance". While I may hae been right, I really, really wish I'd been wrong.

To your point though, they were smart enough to make sure they had the cash in case of another delay. Hopefully we'll get some additional detail, however at this point it still appears to be primarily a timing issue versus substance.
