At least the company does not have to raise cash to wait out the additional four months from Oct to Feb, which could have turned a bad situation into a very bad situation. Today’s news makes you wonder if the small PIPE this summer anticipated exactly this outcome. Some posters here thought that, and it appears they were on target.
