NIR has filed for bankruptcy protection?

That would force them to liquidate all their contracts to pay off whatever debt they could before the company was dissolved. That’s terrible news. I wonder how many shares EDWY will need to give them to immediately settle their agreement?

Who is listed as the trustee?
I would like to see if EDWY is listed.
