I'm not sure how they would work some type of share exchange. Even if there was a 1 for 1 swap of $HBRM stock for $CHRI,,, $CHRI would need to more than triple their O/S,,,which theoretically would cut the pps by over 2/3,,,which would put $CHRI @ around .004...

..Hmmmm... makes you think anyway.. ;^{)
