I also get the impression the final offer(s) were final. I still hope it goes through because this would open up huge doors for CHRI with the US market, and HBRM would get some money to quell fears that all it has is ideas. Easy win for both if neither side is getting slighted.
If nothing else, I think a timeline on a decision would be appropriate -- either a deadline from CHRI or a D-day from HBRM. Has anyone contacted either side lately and heard of any communication between the two?
