I grant you LGND and MRK are both pretty silent about this program. I have gotten the confirmation about the relationship from LGND IR, though they are (or just claim to be) pretty in the dark about the program... she has also forwarded me MRK presentations about the program in the past and basically said "this is as much as we know too"

Thanks Andrew. Given the large amount of silence, I assume there's been no disclosure about royalty rates LGND may be due on the program either, whether single or double-digit (can't recall if we discussed before).
