Are we sure that the MRK BACE inhibitor is from LGND?

I grant you LGND and MRK are both pretty silent about this program. I have gotten the confirmation about the relationship from LGND IR, though they are (or just claim to be) pretty in the dark about the program... she has also forwarded me MRK presentations about the program in the past and basically said "this is as much as we know too"
