In a nutshell:

REVENUES ARE GOOD
DEFICITS ARE BAD.

Show me the good there is to focus on.
Show me how not enforcing trade dress is not bad (minimizes revenues)
Show me how AAPL not using Liquidmetal trade dress is good.

Just saying....stick to the points of debate before you obfuscate.
