i've read about oil and that they pumped, etc. but after all the BS, i really didn't believe it.
just like the TEC report. i've never been able to read a copy, so it's hard to believe right now.

i'll ask what their plans are, etc. i don't know if he'll be able (allowed) to tell me.

i'm assuming Wilmot will get some shares of the new co., MAYBE some cash (?) and be relieved from the debt. he MAY retain some % of any oil sold. ???

or Barwicki knows he has the old man against the ropes...

He DID ask me via email what i thought the Market Cap SHOULD be, cos i was complaining in a few emails about the PPS DIP since the r/m news.
