I disagree about the float. I stated before that the float may have been super low at first, but someone dropped quite a few onto the market awhile back that took us from the .10 levels we held for weeks if not months, to the low pennies we've been at for a long time. My personal guess is Holroyd is liquidating some his shares. I do think a lot of the shares are still locked up, but not nearly as many as before.
