WRONG. Need to do more DD. Tumi has nothing to do with MSJ now. They pulled out of their JV with MSJ/Barnett before Bandera and MSJ/Barnett entered their JV.

No telling how many other companies and individual investors were taken to the cleaners by Barnett.
Dig deeper and see how Barnett tried to pull every trick in the book to delay justice. The amparos the false money laundering allegations etc. He is one sick puppy but his end is near.
It seems that this life long bully has finally met his match. These guys won't stop until Barnett gives up. Sadly it appears he is too dumb to quit.
