OXFV I'm feeling much better about my reading skills. I saw the r/s in there, I saw some toxic convert language...thank god you all taught me to wait for the bounce. And thank god they only filled 8K of my order today LOL--I may end up making enough to pay for the trade but it was a hidden blessing.

What I don't understand is why a perfectly good shell (a little debt) had to go and do what they did. I mean look at ATEG's reverse merger. THAT's what I was expecting. RMs usually are for the better, not to continue some death spiral cr*p. Why go to all that trouble for a r/s and a death spiral??? I don't get it.
