It certainly seems to explain the reason why APS was temporarily offline starting on June 25th.

It looks like they changed servers in order to continue their stock promotion scheme after they were busted for Mainsleaze Spam by the spam busting professionals and activists that police against illegal email spamming.

This may also be the reason they also changed servers in the past (they were caught by spam traps and forced to shut down).

It can't be cheap to change servers, but obviously APS has tons of money and will keep changing servers as often as is necessary.
