I've never read any books on the subject, I actually took lessons from floor traders, but I would suggest searching the CBOE site. Once everybody is up and running with basic option strategies we will probably hold some classes in live chat on advanced strategies.

I have heard Options as a Strategic Investment is helpful from other option traders, but I can't vouch for it personally.

I describe many of these techniques on my ed board here. But you can get them on the CBOE site too or just google vertical debit and credit spreads, calendar spreads, diagonal, butterfly, ratios, and iron condors. These are the most common types of spreads.
