See the name that comes up as Author - "Midland"?

That's shorthand for well-known Canadian penny stock fraudster Jean Francois Amyot's outfit Midland Baring.

In reality of course it's one of the vehicles left for Amyot to promote his many stock frauds such as WDRP (the AMF have shut a few of these, but many remain).

Careless, though, of Jean Francois and the boys to leave such a trail when WDRP and Amyot himself are under active AMF investigation for manipulation of the WDRP stock price.
