As predicted the OTC has moved shares to the "OTC PINK NO INFORMATION TIER" with the WARNNIG! this company may not be making material information publicly available. They now have to publish financials to reverse the classification. This happened in April and they rushed out the low quality unsigned unaudited annual report. I get the feeling they may have given up and moved on. Maybe, like Jed Clampet, there is oil in them there hills.
