oh ... I believe Roberts is a hard core conservative/federalist with a dash of CARING how his 'personal' history is written .. after all that's all he has .. I don't know if he has kids .. but for that .. .and for posterity ... ..imo, he wanted to be written about by saying .. he 'followed' the constitution .. or 'past law' ... was NOT an activist Supreme Court Justice ... he'll never be a liberal ... . just a guy who cares .. what's said about him ... no matter the big 'story tale' written about how 'he doesn't care what 'they' say ... SURE he DOES.. . .don't you think ?
