Stephanie -- we'll just have to see, of course -- and of course it's exceedingly unlikely Roberts will ever be/become a decidedly liberal Justice -- but it could just be that by overplaying their hand so blatantly and ridiculously on this ACA case, and by then getting downright personal with Roberts when he decided he just could not go along with that overplay, Scalia, Thomas, Alito and, yes, as now confirmed beyond any reasonable doubt, Kennedy may have permanently lost Roberts as a reliably hard-right Federalist-ideologue soulmate and ally
