The "what do they do now" - is that they form an investigatory committee, and look at the business opportunities, etc.

Guess what. They have. It's been announced.

This is no different than any other company. And it is no different in not knowing the immediate plans of a company while those plans are being investigated.

The frustration people have is, we're dark right now, because we haven't yet begun to make widgets.
