Thank you. This seems to have been a remarkably efficient exchange. Can't recall ever having a similarly efficient "easy DD help" experience on IHub.
I can't think that's because the situation is "simple"... rather than because the quality of effort in providing the help cutting through the clutter was excellent.
It leaves me thinking I need to look at this as a "blank check" or "dark pool" type of opportunity, now... perhaps with some still unknowable but indirect legacy values in the history that might still prove a benefit in looking forward.
Where it leaves me thinking I need to look next in DD... is, first, to answer the questions re the domicile... and the composition of the management and board... and how they relate to the prior domicile, management and board composition...
I think both the "fact" in what they are now... and any meaning inherent in change that is apparent... would be useful to note.
Who the board and management are, at a minimum, likely indicates something of the nature and focus in business of what they'll be looking at using the LOC "for"...
The domicile issues, given the legacy, is probably more about the only look at the politics of support for the new effort that may exist, that we'll otherwise not have any clue about...
I think that may even prove important in considering the math and value in utility in the NOLs... ?
