EMAIL UPDATE FROM CEO KAYODE:

Devil196, you must be adding an extra period or entering the email address wrong, I'm not sure why it was coming back to you. When I got your message this morning, I sent Kayode a question via email to see if the address was still working. I asked a simple question whether we would still hear something about WetWinds this Summer. Below is his email response to me from this afternoon, cut and pasted. I know you, and many, are very skeptical of things (which is understandable). However, I found the email very reassuring in the direction Kayode is taking ECDC, and I personally remain very confident in my long term investment here. I know we've gone back and forth, but I do wish you the best of luck my friend...

Thank you. We just completed a survey with some of our shareholders regarding a new name for the site. We will definitely have a beta system on the market for commercial beta late this summer.

I know I am the CEO and it is my job to promote the company. But let me assure you, this is no mere promotion, the social media space has never seen anything like WetWinds before. It is our secret weapon.

It will change the way people socialize on the web. The monetization strategy will make users around the globe loose their mind.

EarthSearch is in discussion to integrate its GATIS software with a company which dominates Oil and Gas logistic services globally. This will open a major global distribution network to EarthSearch and provide access to major clients. If we succeed, we will finally shut up all our critics. I WILL MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN. Good things come with patience and focus.

EarthSearch is finally breaking through the artificial barrier It has been experiencing in the US for its products and is already integrating into a software that provide services to 40% of logistics companies in the US. These legacy systems have been the biggest hindrance to our growth and we are finally making headway.

StudentConnect is going to be the most difficult division to get off the ground because we are dealing with government agencies and regardless of how good the solution is, the agencies have bureaucratic process to go through such as bidding process, with issuing RFP and RFQ's, it is frustrating but require incredible patience.

Rogue Paper is expanding the scope of its business in addition to negotiation with other networks.

As you can see we are doing fine.

One credible research report is all we need to reverse the current PPS. A report which analyzes our business and project revenue over 5 years and put the appropriate value on the business. That is all we will need to reverse the PPS trend in a dramatic and significant way. I need to have all of these deals in place before having such a report written. It will be our ticket off the OTC.

I am not worried about the short term PPS. I am focused on the business, it has always been my view that the PPS will catch up with our business in time.

It is difficult building one company let alone 4 in a depressed global economic condition. All things being equal we are doing very well.

Nevertheless, I intend to release a mid year report by end of July that will reflect all of our accomplishments.
