Due to the synergies involved in the M/A, it should have a very positive effect on growth/market share and be very accretive to REVENUES, which in turn should have a dramatic effect on the increase in PPS. I believe Yipi's technologies represent the new paradigm in search engine performance, and will create a great deal of interest in the acquisition of YIPI ( possible bidding war by the "BIG BOYS).IMO
