I agree that the fees do seem excessive. It might have increased be due to preliminary prep work required to go after Poet and/or other infringers, pending successful litigation. KK stated litigation expansion is their intent.

I don't think there is any tension between GS and CC. There better not be, we paid them 600K last quarter and CC would not delay a response as leverage against their client, highly unethical.
