Thank you for the info and effort. My take away is that this is more questionable than ever. No answers that that make sense and no info for shareholders who have been bagged. I am going to wait for the financials and if things don't have additional clarity forward all the nonsense gathered to the regulators. Doubtful anything will occur but will try anyway.
