Pay everything out of cash. Don't dilute shareholders.
sounds like you are 99%er or a wage earner and not a business owner or executive...
the future holds alot for this company would you agree?
would you also agree that 1 in the hand is better than 2 in the bush?
finally, the "7+ million shares" visser has does not factor into the reasoning for his agreement of sharelockup.
in laymen terms, better to have working capitol(apple$) with a 5year delayed dilution. than to have no working capitol to create the future, and no manufacturing partner...
keep clocking those hourly wages though with that mentality or jump on before the ship takes off, if youre short shares..better to lose some than all.. ; )
