hes has been dropping more than the sector of late - so i wonder if there were expectations for eagle ford - who knows
fracking is banned in france and i have no clue what the odds are of having that reversed - certainly wont happen any time soon (if at all), although like i said there is a new government in place that potentially hess can engage
i think it's really a non-factor as you say - hess is all about baaken, GOM, norway, australia, etc.
paris basin, utica are all pure upside if they pan out imo
