Hew WAS talking about the Argus. And he was talking about it being tested at ALTITUDE.
Here is his post:
"The HAA Blimp concept was doomed from the beginning (after wasting billions of taxpayer $$)- no way to control/compensate for high winds at altitude. The Argus One 'segmented LTA' vehicle is the only technology that has been thoroughly tested- very exciting IMO."
He IMPLIED that the HAA blimp was doomed for lack of a way to control at altitude, then in the VERY SAME POST, goes on to say the ARGUS ONE is the "only technology" that has been "THOROUGHLY TESTED".
So- WW - lets see the TEST DATA of the Argus One AT ALTITUDE in windy conditions. You must think there is some data, as you have stated it as such.
