Hey my post was about PR's that any company releases and the fact that NO COMPANY EI INCLUDED IS GOING TO PUT OUT BAD NEWS IN PR FORM.

Yes EI did put out a pr about receiving an LOC, now can you name me any other company that would not have done the very same thing if they received an LOC?? EVEN ONE???????????

I would have liked nothing more than for the company to keep filing and be forthcoming with investors but that didn't happen and now the company is bankrupt and most likely out of business with very little hope of coming back as a viable business.

You say that it is criminal activity on their part but that is not for me or you to decide and should be left up to the agencies like the SEC and Finra to decide if criminal proceedings are something that they want to pursue.

One question: When EI quit filing was there any restriction on shareholders which prevented them from liquidating their position with the company stock??? By not filing do you feel that the company was promoting this as an opportunity to buy more shares??? Have to admit that would be a pretty strange promotional tactic!! I can just picture Clint now saying Hey maybe we should stop filing and then maybe more people will want to buy shares in a company they can't research.
