Companies don't put out bad news in PR's as that would be equal to commiting corporate suicide.
True, but companies that trade are obligated to their stockholders to present an accurate picture of the company and it's finances. Now since EI hasn't filed in 2 years (?) or taken part in any of the SEC requirements there was nothing to base success or failure on. I take that back, they did manage to file something positive in the form of the LOC from Waterloo. Funny how that happened. By filing this and nothing else they absolutely knowingly mislead stockholders and investors.
Criminal activity at best. No one knew better than EI what their situation was and yet they continued to take money and mislead investors. I'll call this my opinion, but it's really a fact now isn't it?
