Watching the morphing of this thread is funny in itself.

But lets get this straight...any thought that the resultant legal process of SPNG (or any other financial fraud of it's type) is done for profit is absurd and insulting. In my experience (which is substantial), that very premise is part of the deception and road to allowing if not excusing scams.

While no one may be satisfied with how these hings are handled, in fact each and every party - except for the individual fraudsters - have much more to gain form the proper operation and success of a company than it's failure or destruction!

Yes the courts, the SEC, the DOJ, lawyers, accountants, printers, banks, brokerages, toilet cleaners, etc., ALL THE SYSTEMS, and especially those that seem to charge more by the amount of money there is to be gotten - make more - MUCH MORE - say arguing over the words used in one contract about some common business transaction - or handling the required repetitive burdens of carrying on a business, by collecting the fee for reviewing quarterly filings or approving some standard action of any nature or replacing the toilet paper in the crapper after a business lunch to discuss the next thing, than they do by the work involved to effect the assessing or charging for the errors of others = especially when those making the errors took the money with them - or a basically those left behind to pick up the pieces.

The SEC, DOJ, Accountants, Lawyers, Regulators, Toilet Cleaners, Lunch Waitress, etc., etc., did nothing wrong, overcharged not at all. The "investors" made a clear and obvious GREED BASED mistake of their own - basically by not believing in the above - or worse - using them as scapegoats and calling them greedy.

As has been said here - and many other places all with great justification - THEY WERE WARNED.
