It's not the selling in the way up that kills it, it's 75 % of the shareholders all dumping everything they hold around the same price in one single trade- instead o multiple smaller trades. It's ok. That's why OTC is the wild wild west. Penny traders are like the guy at the blackjack table who hits on a 17. Lol.
